Ignite event series

For CJP’s Ignite series — a recurring program of young adult engagement events — I served as the lead graphic designer across multiple installments each fiscal year. My role centered on developing a cohesive visual identity that could evolve over time: maintaining brand recognition and familiarity for returning participants, while also keeping the look fresh and approachable to spark curiosity among new audiences.

I collaborated closely with the copywriter to align messaging and design, ensuring our communications felt inviting, clear, and accessible to people in their 20s and 30s who were exploring Jewish identity and community. Together with the events team, I worked to thoughtfully incorporate venue elements into the designs, reinforcing the overall event experience from first touchpoint to on-site branding.

The final design system established Ignite as a welcoming, low-barrier entry point into Jewish life at CJP — balancing consistency and recognition with the energy and excitement needed to attract and inspire new participants.
